Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process for a return or size exchange.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely place your Pela products in their original packaging or a small eco-friendly mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized postal carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
